Steamed Dumpling

1 cabbage,250g pork mince,Green onion, 400g flour, 180g boiled water, 40g cold water, 3g salt

- Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the flour and mix well. Add boiling water little by little,
stir into a large dough, then add cold water, and form a not too smooth dough. Spread it out to cool, and then knead it into a smooth dough.
Cover and wake up for at least 30 minutes.
- Chop the cabbage first. Add salt and oil to the water, blanch the chopped cabbage for 5 minutes,
remove the cold water, then tightly dry the water.
- Stir fry the meat filling with oil in a wok. After the moisture of the meat is dried, add ground pepper and light soy sauce.
- Add the fried meat filling to the cabbage, add green onion, salt, MSG, oyster sauce, sesame oil,
ingredient oil (onion, ginger, garlic, Sichuan pepper, star anise fried oil).
- Roll the crust and wrap it in.
- Put the water on the pot, steam it for 8 to 10 minutes, and simmer for another 2 minutes.
